Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Because our journals are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and the email address used at checkout.

Refunds

If your return or refund request is approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Digital Products

Digital products, instant downloads, and PDF purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once delivered.
